Great product!
I purchased extra while on sale for a friend who has arthritis and painful knees. I haven't given it to her yet . My. own experience is that if I skip a dose, I can tell the difference. I take it religiously for my rheumatoid arthritis.
To be honest i haven't tried it yet. Just received it.

Like this due to the fact that it includes black pepper which it seems to help.
I use tumeric for my rheumatoid hands. Have recently cut back from 2 to 1 day, but if my hands don't do as well, will go back to 2 a day.

I believe the Tumeric helps me to keep the pharma med that I take for RA to a minimum & I'm grateful that I'm able to function. Also I love to be able to help with the Pediatric Giving Mission when I can. Such a good thing that your family has been doing for years.
