Vintage Immaculate Heart of Mary Wall Plaque

Gold-Toned Chalkware — 8 Inches

There is such a gentle sweetness in Our Lady’s face on this beautiful vintage wall plaque. With her eyes lowered toward her flaming Immaculate Heart and one hand resting tenderly above it, Mary seems to invite us to bring every worry, sorrow, and prayer to her motherly heart. ❤️

The three-dimensional plaque appears to be made of molded plaster or chalkware and is finished primarily in warm gold and ivory tones. Our Lady has striking blue eyes, a softly painted face, and a large golden halo framing her head.

The plaque measures approximately 8 inches tall by 6¾ inches wide and includes its original hanging hardware on the back.

No maker’s mark is visible, so the precise age and manufacturer are unknown. Its construction, hand-painted details, and softly aged finish are consistent with vintage, likely mid-century, Catholic devotional décor.

The plaque shows age-related wear, including small areas of paint loss, scuffing, and minor edge chips—especially around the halo and lower point. These imperfections do not distract from its devotional beauty and give it the character of a piece that has been loved and displayed for many years.

A lovely treasure for a bedroom, prayer corner, home altar, or alongside a Sacred Heart of Jesus plaque.
