The Milk Grotto is located in Bethlehem. It is the place where the Holy Family - Mary, Joseph, and the infant Jesus - sought refuge during the Massacre of the Innocents, as recounted in the Gospel of Matthew.While Mary was nursing the infant Jesus in the grotto, a drop of her milk fell to the ground, turning the stones white. This is why it's called the Milk Grotto. It's considered a sacred site, especially for those who are seeking fertility and help with childbirth.
The site itself is a small grotto, located beneath the Church of St. Catherine, and is visited by pilgrims and tourists alike who come to pray and seek blessings.
O Blessed Virgin Mary, Our Lady of the Milk, You who nourished the Infant Jesus at your breast, And whose pure milk fell upon the stones of Bethlehem's grotto, We come before you with humble hearts and fervent prayers.
As you cared for your Son with tender love and devotion, We ask for your intercession in our time of need. Bless us with your maternal care and protection, And shower us with the grace of your Son, Jesus Christ.
Our Lady of the Milk, hear our prayers, And guide us with your gentle hand. Help us to imitate your faith, purity, and love, And lead us closer to your Son, now and forever.

Here is a post, from a recipient of what we do,.
L**** and I were one of the precipitants of This mission. She is right. My parking was 9 per day for 3 months. Then on top of that food cost me approximately 15 per day. That was cheap - I got vouchers for $5.00 per meal. So somedays I did not eat or made meals last for more then one meal. Had to. Parking was $810. Food was $1,300. Then you have normal household bills and I have 3 animals I had to pay to have people come and take care of them. At first I had my dog in the Kennel for 1/2 the time. That was about 500. It is VERY expensive to have a sick child. That was Just ONE hospital stay. We have had numerous ones. Some only a few days, some a week or two. Without their help we would of gone fully under!
From providing necessary funds to actually having families stay with us...we DO what we say we do!
