Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception

There is something especially tender about this depiction of Our Lady—her hands folded over her heart, her eyes lifted toward Heaven, and little angels gathered at her feet. ❤️

The Immaculate Conception tells the beautiful story of God preparing Mary to become the Mother of His Son. From the very first moment of her conception, Mary was preserved from original sin by a singular grace of God, through the merits of Jesus Christ. Her holiness, too, is a gift of her Savior.

Her white garments call to mind her purity, while the blue mantle adorned with golden stars reflects her heavenly dignity. This lovely statue invites us to remember what God’s grace can accomplish—and to ask Our Blessed Mother to help us say our own faithful “yes” to Him.

From a now-closed nuns’ convent, this beautifully detailed statue stands 8 inches tall and is in great convent-used condition. A lovely addition to a prayer corner or a thoughtful gift for someone who holds Our Lady close to their heart.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.
