Some treasures are even more beautiful in person, and this little Infant of Prague is one of them. ❤️ The delicate flowers, gold accents, and wonderfully textured collar give Him such a lovely presence.

From a now-closed convent, this 5¼-inch statue bears the Lefton China “Hand Painted” crown mark on the underside. His cream-colored robe is decorated with colorful flowers and pale blue scrollwork, with a black cross at the center and a gold-colored crown above His sweet face.

The devotion to the Infant Jesus of Prague honors Jesus in His childhood and His kingship. His raised hand offers a blessing, while the orb He holds represents His sovereignty over the world. The royal garments remind us that this little Child is truly Christ our King.

At the heart of this devotion is a beautiful invitation to trust: the Lord who came to us as a vulnerable child knows our needs. We can bring Him our family worries, daily struggles, and prayers for provision, asking for His help while trusting His wisdom and will.
