See o' see Prayer Cloth

I have so many stories to go along with this prayer cloth!  From an elderly lady that remembered this image given to her by clergy as a sick little girl and not one..but TWO dying men who held on to this as they passed into eternal life.

One of the elderly man was given this Prayer Cloth on his deathbed, by his child.  He was a fallen away Catholic who had not been to Confession (or church) in over 45 years (the other man had been away for about the same amount of time).  He saw the image and began to cry as he was given a prayer card by a nun with this same image when he made his first communion.  He asked for a priest, had a final confession, was given the Last Rites and passed away. God does work in mysterious ways!

It is truly special when you get to know the folks who have been touched, healed or brought back to the faith.

There was definitely something very special about it as it obviously gave him great comfort and perhaps had a part in bringing him back to the church after so long!  How could I not bring it back?

I guess I didn't realize just how much this meant to so many folks and the outpouring of mail really touched me.  No doubt that the Lord is using this image in a powerful way!

Each Prayer Cloth Package includes all of the following:
Our Exclusive Prayer Cloth with image above on it!

Use of prayer cloths are SCRIPTURAL and have ancient BIBLICAL ORIGINS.
It is a method of healing drawing its roots from the Bible scripture in Acts 19:11-12 which says, “God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them.

Points of Wisdom and balance on prayer cloths:
1. Use this method if you feel a special leading to do so.
2. Any method used must be initiated in faith
3. Avoid putting God in a box and don't despise the method He may choose.

What is a Prayer Cloth? In Acts 19:11-12, it speaks of how cloths (aprons and handkerchiefs) were touched to Peter and Paul and taken back to the sick who were often cured of their ills. It says that "God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul; so that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them."

How do I pray with a Prayer Cloth? In many places, the custom exists to place the prayer cloth on a special table and to place petitions on the cloth as well as pictures of our loved ones and those in need of spiritual or physical healing. The prayer cloth may also be placed directly on the sick person or held while praying. Prayer cloths can be used for the dying, the ill, the aged, the lonely and fearful, cures of all kinds, conversions, consolations of soul and body, family difficulties, burials, calamities, special occasions, and devotional praying.

Prayer to say with Prayer Cloth: Lord Jesus Christ, our Redeemer, by the grace of your Holy Spirit cure the weekness that has overtaken your servant. Expel all afflictions of mind and body from your servant. Mercifully restore to full health and enable the full resumption of former duties to your servant, for you are Lord for ever and ever. Amen.

Use of prayer cloths have ancient biblical origins. It is a method of healing drawing its roots from the Bible scripture in Acts 19:11-12 which says, “God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them.”

Prayer cloths are likened to these “handkerchiefs” from which the power of Jesus flowed. Other scripture outlining the origin of this belief can be found in Matthew 9:20 and Matthew 14:35-37 in which Jesus heals a multitude of sick and diseased people by simply allowing them to touch a piece of His clothes. However, it is not the cloth in itself that is responsible for the healing. Objects within themselves are powerless, therefore it is the faith accompanying the administration of the cloth that can bring healing. That faith is manifested in prayer and seeking the cloth trusting that God has the power to heal with it.

From a medical standpoint, there is empirical evidence that shows the effectiveness of prayer as a form of healing. Prayer is now being seen as an alternative medical means to heal the body outside of traditional medications. It is becoming used more prevalently in the medical field as an established complimentary form of care.

In modern times, prayer has been classified as a complimentary therapy (CT) to more direct and primary forms of health care treatments such as cancer and other serious diseases.

Various studies have shown that prayer, along with other spiritual practices such as meditation, church attendance, and bible study, helps to reduce pain in diseased patients along with providing for their mental and emotional well-being.

The prayer cloth is an AID or perhaps even a VESSEL (if the Lord chooses!) to HEAL!

Prayer and faith is the foundation and basis of the cloth’s power to heal.

Matthew 9:20-22 And suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment.
21 For she said to herself, "If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well."
22 But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, "Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well." And the woman was made well from that hour.

In this instance the woman touched Jesus garment. The garment itself healed no one, but it was a point of contact for the woman faith and Jesus healing power

Jesus rubbed mud in one man's eye in order for Him to receive His healing
John 9:14-15 Now it was a Sabbath when Jesus made the clay and opened his eyes.
15 Then the Pharisees also asked him again how he had received his sight. He said to them, "He put clay on my eyes, and I washed, and I see."
The Book of Acts provide another example of extra ordinary healing methods.
Acts 5:15 so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them.
The healing anointing is tangible
Luke 8:45-46 And Jesus said, "Who touched Me?" When all denied it, Peter and those with him said, "Master, the multitudes throng and press You, and You say, `Who touched Me?' " But Jesus said, "Somebody touched Me, for I perceived power going out from Me."
Point of contact: Hands, Oil, mud, shadow or cloth could provide a point of contact for the power of God to flow into anothers body.

In the Old Testament the prophet told an unbelieving leper to dip in the Jordon river seven times! This cause Naaman to become angry and he refused. After some prodding he did it.
2 Kings 5:14 So he went down and dipped seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.
The river didn't heal Naman, but his obedience to the word of the Lord did.

Per the advice of our Spiritual Advisor, we offer the following testimonials as a sign of hope. Remember, healing power does not come from the cloth itself, but from Christ. These are external signs. They are not to be used superstitiously as having self-contained power, but as “focus points” funneling one’s faith toward Jesus, just as a flag is used as a focus point of patriotism. As with the use of Sacraments, much depends on the faith and devotion of the person using them. May God bless you!

TESTIMONIAL: "I bought a couple of prayer cloths to use at the nursing home where we have a ministry of saying the rosary and praying over the people. One man we prayed over went home the next week. Another woman 86 I think broke her pelvic bone and we prayed over her with the prayer cloth over her wound and she was able to exercise her leg without pain right after(The physical Therapist was there and was amazed). Thank you." - Bob Garrett

TESTIMONIAL: Dear Wendy, I thought I'd let you know that the prayer cloth you sent me, I gave to my mother to use for my father who is in lots of pain from arthritis. He was also not in the grace of God, not receiving sacraments etc. She has been praying with the cloth placed on his picture, and he went to Confession. And he has started reading Scripture with her every morning at breakfast. Padre Pio is working slow miracles in their home, and I am sooooo glad. Thanks be to God! YIC R.O. in Ama

TESTIMONIAL: Dear Wendy and Family, Recently I ordered a Prayer Cloth for my husband. He is about to be 47 and has had chronic progressive Multiple Sclerosis for the last 24 years. In the last 2 months, he has begun to suffer greatly from this with difficulties breathing, loss of muscle, loss of being able to hold his head, and a very bad pressure wound. With all of this, he is still so peaceful, trusting, and surrendering to God's Holy Will. He has been having great difficulty through the nights as it is difficult to sleep and not lose his breath. He usually wakes up and needs assistance at least once every hour. On the evening that the prayer cloth arrived, my son and I gave it to him as a gift. We prayed for him and he asked to be able to have the prayer cloth tucked under his arm. That night was the first night in 3 months that he slept through out the night without any problems. Praise God and thanksgiving to the intercession of our most Blessed Mother! Thank you also for your apostolate. I am ordering another for a friend who is dying from Lou Gehrig's disease. Thank you again. Mary-Jo Spencer

TESTIMONIAL: This testimonial was given on our former "Full of Grace List" by my dear friend Joanie Haselman. "Last April and May I had a series of heart tests, I was even taking nitroglycerin tabs, and the nuclear test showed a possible heart attack, there was a piece of my heart that did not show up on the picture at all, and so it seemed that portion was not receiving blood. So, I had a heart catherization done, I was wearing a Prayer cloth that Wendy sent to me and I had a beautiful 1 decade Rosary, that was touched to about ten saints, and had Pope John Paul II's picture on it. Anyway, I had the heart cath done, and my heart was FINE. Just FINE. I was taken off of meds and everything!

TESTIMONIAL: Dear Wendy and Family: I must thankyou for the package that I received, which included the Padre Pio Prayer Cloth. He is a WONDERFUL intercesssor. quot;T" has had an explosion of work- in real estate. He is at a closing today which, by the grace of God helps us with our April bills. "T" wore the cloth for nine days- we made a novena with the prayer cloth, also to say our nightly prayers with it-and now I am wearing it. We have two friends, diagnosed with prostrate cancer who I will order cloth for each. It is so powerful. I have always especially loved Padre Pio. Love to you in Christ, N.B.H.

Well, I also had St. Raphael's Holy Oil, and together I prayed over my sister, now a year later, she had an MRI. Well, the MRI showed absolutely NO SIGN OF CANCER!!!! Praise be to Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. How I thanked St. Peregrine and St. Raphael for their intercession! I just wanted to "thank you" for offering these wonderful Prayer Cloth for us to use and to ask our saints to intercede for us all and for our intentions!! May Our Lord and His Blessed Mother, continue to bless your family and your Apostolate! Your friend in +Christ+ Cecilia Kelley"
