    PRIVACY:  We take great pride in keeping your personal information private and secure!  You truly are like family to us!

    Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.  We wouldn't do anything less for our Grandma and we aren't going to do anything less for you!

    When placing an order or entering any of our contests...  your name, email address and mailing address are kept private.  If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered.  When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of contests, specials and new additions to the website. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.  Although we treat our friends like family members, we won't hold you hostage...I promise ;-)


    Most orders ship within 3-5 business days via the US Postal Service.

    We do offer a "rush" option and will ship your order in 1-2 business days. 

    We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it leaves our hands. 

    Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday.   It's as much practical as spiritual.  We believe that everyone needs a day to rest,  time with family and friends, and worship if they choose to do so (we highly recommend it ;-)

    PAYMENT:  We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Paypal "Bill Me Later", Checks, Cash & Money Orders.  Must be in US funds. If you are mailing in your order, we kindly ask that it be mailed within 3 days of placing the order Delayed payment messes up our inventory when we receive "mail in orders" weeks - sometimes months -  after they have been placed.  We will hold your items for 7 days and then will add them back into the inventory to be fair to others. :)  If there is a particular reason that you need a bit more time..feel free to email me and we will make arrangements.

    RETURN POLICY:  We want you to be happy!  We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase.  Must include original packaging and no sign of use.  Please, email us first to get a return number. We cannot refund opened health products, but can offer a partial store credit.

    Fulfillment mistakes (it happens on rare occasion ;-)  that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase.
