The power to switch off anxiety

Dear family,

If I could gift you just one ability from everything I've learned in my life, it would be the power to switch off anxiety and rest in a place of calm when life gets crazy.

For the past five months, I’ve poured my heart into writing a book that I hope will help you conquer anxiety and find peace.

I’ve walked this horrid road myself, battled this 'beast' since I was 11.

It’s so easy to feel swallowed up by fear and uncertainty.

Anxiety is so often overlooked, and many...especially in our Catholic community...feel isolated in their struggle.

But I want you to know: you are never alone.

My faith has saved me more times than I can count.

Christ’s light has been my anchor, guiding me through my darkest hours.

There is healing and freedom in the arms of our Lord, and we don’t have to fight this battle on our own.

Please, dear friends, keep me in your prayers as I finish this book over the next few weeks.

I want to offer you a path forward, rooted in our faith, a way to stand strong in the storms.

My heart aches for anyone suffering in silence, and if this book can bring even one person closer to peace, it will be worth everything to me

Here is a post, from a recipient of what we do,.

L**** and I were one of the precipitants of This mission. She is right. My parking was 9 per day for 3 months. Then on top of that food cost me approximately 15 per day. That was cheap - I got vouchers for $5.00 per meal. So somedays I did not eat or made meals last for more then one meal. Had to. Parking was $810. Food was $1,300. Then you have normal household bills and I have 3 animals I had to pay to have people come and take care of them. At first I had my dog in the Kennel for 1/2 the time. That was about 500. It is VERY expensive to have a sick child. That was Just ONE hospital stay. We have had numerous ones. Some only a few days, some a week or two. Without their help we would of gone fully under!

From providing necessary funds to actually having families stay with us...we DO what we say we do!
