    Dear family,

***Scroll down- Good until Friday at NOON***

I am rarely sick, but the past few days I have been dragging...something to offer up for those in need! Praise God!

Anyhoo..I took my exhausted self out to the office to answer some e-mail.

First email I saw was the one below... made me cry...no SOB..uncontrollably..like ugliest cry ever.

We do what we say we do!

    Dear Cukierski Family,

It has taken us a few days to fully comprehend the magnitude of the donation your family has made to our food pantry. This past year, we have spent a considerable amount of time reaching out to the neighboring schools and church groups, requesting their help in replenishing our shelves to better serve the people in our community that rely so heavily on us. As a result of your donation, that burden has been considerably lightened for us for this current year.

We are overwhelmed by the volume and quality of the food you provided. It enables us to serve our people at a level that we previously have not been able to attain because the Central New York Food Bank of course has limited funds and supplies to share with us.

Your act of kindness is truly a wonderful way to celebrate the passion your mom brought to this same pantry. Our team is making every effort to follow in her footsteps, and we hope she is smiling down on us with pride.

We can’t thank you enough for your generosity, but we would love to have a Mass said in your mom’s name. I can arrange that with the office here at Holy Family parish and will let you know the date. We would love to attend the mass and hopefully get the chance to meet you and your family in person. This would also be an opportunity to show you the actual pantry and would enable you to see for yourselves the tremendous impact your donation has made.

Thank you again for your kindness and God Bless you and your family.

    Best Regards,

    Barbara Neejer

Can we kindly get 15 meals provided?

Our daily goal is 15 meals and we have only met that goal once this year, can you help us make goal today so we can continue to help feed the children and families in need?

    ---HELP IF YOU CAN----

Here is a post, from a recipient of what we do,.

L**** and I were one of the precipitants of This mission. She is right. My parking was 9 per day for 3 months. Then on top of that food cost me approximately 15 per day. That was cheap - I got vouchers for $5.00 per meal. So somedays I did not eat or made meals last for more then one meal. Had to. Parking was $810. Food was $1,300. Then you have normal household bills and I have 3 animals I had to pay to have people come and take care of them. At first I had my dog in the Kennel for 1/2 the time. That was about 500. It is VERY expensive to have a sick child. That was Just ONE hospital stay. We have had numerous ones. Some only a few days, some a week or two. Without their help we would of gone fully under!

From providing necessary funds to actually having families stay with us...we DO what we say we do!
