How to Grow Potatoes the Lazy Way

THIS is how I grow potatoes, it works great!

I am mostly Irish (with Nordic in the mix)

I have Irish famine immigrants in my family tree...they arrived in the Port of New York..

Potatoes were their prized crop and when fungus devastated this crop, it created the first migration of Irish folks.

So, in honor of my heritage I learned how to grow them in such a way that produces a super crop. I have yet to deal with fungus...but just in case I have canned potatoes as well as freeze dried.

I live with a bunch of potato lovers (Walt's name is Polish, but he also has Irish in his lineage)
