Your "calling", have you ever wondered what it was?

You may not now what your calling is, but God does.

He has given you certain talents and abilities.

 In fact, I bet there are talents you have that you don't even know about!

 First...what are you passionate about? What would you do if money was not an issue and you didn't have to get paid to do it?

 From the time I was a little girl, I was mixing and formulating.  I remember staying at my Grandma    McNamara's house growing up.

 I loved it because she let me mix and create until my heart was content!  When I was 7, she gave me an empty windex bottle and I created my "invisible formula"!  My secret ingredient was the pencil eraser shavings (to erase myself of course!). 

I remember telling Grandma to never worry about dying because I would create a special medicine that would keep her alive forever.  When you're young, you feel you can save the world.  Hey, I can keep trying.

My mom developed severe depression when I was a young teen and I wanted to "heal" her as well.  Unfortunately, she passed away in 2008 at the young age of 62.  I did develop products (like the weight loss kit) that helped me so I wouldn't go down the same route as I truly believe her depression led to a tremendous weight gain, which then led to disease.

The second thing I want you to consider is this...what did YOU want to be or do as a little kid?  This will give you some insight. God put that passion there for a reason.  You were born with it.

When I was young I remember studying the parts of the brain "just for fun".  I made a summer long project studying hand anatomy and nerve routes to muscles.  I used my birthday money to get a subscription to Psychology Today when I was a young teen.  Those are just a few of the "unique" things I did that I now look back on and can see were actually my "calling".

If you haven't discovered yours, pray about it.  Ask God to show you!

God has a plan for you.  He has a plan bigger than I think you even realize! :)
