Simple Slow Cooker Irish Colcannon recipe

Ingredients:

• 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1/2 head of cabbage, finely shredded
• 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional: chopped green onions or chives for garnish

Instructions:

1. Place the diced potatoes in the slow cooker and add the shredded cabbage on top.
