SHIPPING TIME:
Regular orders generally take 5-15 business days before shipping and are filled in the order they are received. They are mailed via first class US Mail.
If you need your order "RUSHED" and sent Priority, see below.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

USA or CANADA: Flat Rate Shipping of only $6.95 for any size order

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Flat Rate Shipping of only $19.95 for any size order. Your cart will show $6.95 for shipping, the difference in postage will be charged when order ships.

We can not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged that ship to outside countries. Once it leaves the USA, we have no control over shipment.

Please, note...the Rush fee is to move your order up in line. We ship in 1-2 days with Rush, but you must allow for transit time via the postal system.

Also, do not use a "personal check" if you wish your order to be "rushed" as we must hold it for 10 days to make sure it clears. The fastest way is to use a credit card online.

COMBINING, CHANGING OR ADDING TO ORDERS:

We cannot combine, change or add to any order once checkout has been completed.

It tends to "muck up" the system we have set up to insure quick and correct order filling and delivery. There are several different family members who take care of all different facets of this ministry/business, so it could get very confusing on our end.
That being said, we definitely don't want to take the chance of messing up your order.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of most of the items we offer, we can not offer refunds. We make every attempt to describe the items as accurately as possible on our website so you know exactly what you are buying. We are proud to say that, in our 16 years, we have received very few complaints or request for refunds.

Having said that, if we make a mistake in processing your order, you can be rest assured that we will correct the error at our expense. Also, if in the unlikely event an item was received broken or damaged in shipping, we will replace it. You must contact us first so that we can give you a return number to be sent along with the item.
